CRAC pairs up with Parkinson’s 5k walk

Dr. Matt Sanicki and the Chiropractic Release and Acupuncture Center (CRAC) team are happy to share their involvement as a sponsor of the Parkinson’s 5k walk on April 17, 2010 located at Liberty Station in Point Loma as well as acknowledge your efforts in the fight against Parkinson’s.

We greatly appreciate your participation in the Parkinson’s 5k Walk & Fun Run.  Whether you walked, ran, volunteered or cheered we thank you for stopping by our booth to learn a little more about the Chiropractic Release and Acupuncture Center conveniently located in Liberty Station.

On a personal note, Dr. Matt Sanicki, his wife Bek, and the CRAC Team were able to fund raise almost $2500 to donate to the Parkinson’s disease Association of San Diego on behalf of his mother in law, who continues to fight Parkinson’s step by step.

We were so excited to meet so many of our local community members at this event and we were overwhelmed with the outpouring of support.  We’d like to continue getting to know our neighbors and answer any questions you may have so we would like to extend an invitation for you to visit us at our state of the art facility, and meet the entire CRAC Team.

CRAC is an official Titleist Performance Institute golf fitness instruction facility.  “We now have the ability to test your golf fitness and then video your swing to check for swing faults associated with you body’s imbalances.”

CRAC partners with After School All Stars

Dr. Sanicki and the CRAC team recently partnered with the After School All Stars at their golf outing hosted by Shaun Phillips of the San Diego Chargers.  The event was held at Maderas Golf Club in Poway and many of the Chargers showed up to help a good cause.

Laura Spafford, CRAC Office Manager

Meet the newest member of our Team, Laura Spafford, our new Office Manager! She has a background in the performing arts and is currently in school to teach English.

A San Diego native, Laura graduated from the San Diego School of Creative and Perfoming Arts and has been performing in the San diego area for the past 15 years.

If you call the office, chances are you’ll be speaking with her and she’ll be glad to answer any questions you may have or help you out in any way.

Dr. Sanicki voted into Peninsula Community Planning Board

Dr. Sanicki was recently voted in to your very own Peninsula Community Planning Board.  He ran on the platform of being a community leader and looks to take that philosophy to the board.  “I hope to help Liberty Station flourish and remain a successful project.  I invite any input you may have about projects going on in our area.”
