Dr. Matt Sanicki and the CRAC (Chiropractic Release and Acupuncture Center) team are proud to now be distributors of the new Trigger Point Performance Therapy technique and tools.  Trigger Point Performance (TP) tools help to manage aches and pains associated with muscles that allow the body to move.  These in-home products match the feeling of the human hand and after just a few seconds match the pressure as well.  Unlike tennis balls or tools filled with air, TP tools don’t lose pressure or shape and are not hard and muscle stiffening as wooden tools may be.  Once pressure is applied through our tools and techniques the muscle relaxes and the spasm is released.  Not just made for athletes, these tools are made for home massage as well to help in the prevention of aches and pains of any body type.  Any stress on muscles can cause aches and pains as well as fatigue and damage.  Stress can be found from home duties such as lifting a child to sitting at a computer for an extended amount of time or running on a daily basis.  Using our Trigger Point tools the muscle is released of stress on a daily basis and in the comfort of your own home.

Dr. Matt Sanicki and the Chiropractic Release and Acupuncture Center (CRAC) team are happy to share their involvement as a sponsor of the Parkinson’s 5k walk on April 17, 2010 located at Liberty Station in Point Loma as well as acknowledge your efforts in the fight against Parkinson’s.

We greatly appreciate your participation in the Parkinson’s 5k Walk & Fun Run.  Whether you walked, ran, volunteered or cheered we thank you for stopping by our booth to learn a little more about the Chiropractic Release and Acupuncture Center conveniently located in Liberty Station.

On a personal note, Dr. Matt Sanicki, his wife Bek, and the CRAC Team were able to fund raise almost $2500 to donate to the Parkinson’s disease Association of San Diego on behalf of his mother in law, who continues to fight Parkinson’s step by step.

We were so excited to meet so many of our local community members at this event and we were overwhelmed with the outpouring of support.  We’d like to continue getting to know our neighbors and answer any questions you may have so we would like to extend an invitation for you to visit us at our state of the art facility, and meet the entire CRAC Team.

Meet the newest member of our Team, Laura Spafford, our new Office Manager! She has a background in the performing arts and is currently in school to teach English.

A San Diego native, Laura graduated from the San Diego School of Creative and Perfoming Arts and has been performing in the San diego area for the past 15 years.

If you call the office, chances are you’ll be speaking with her and she’ll be glad to answer any questions you may have or help you out in any way.
